Pastificio Artigianale Lu Rutigliu is a young company founded in 2018 in Loiri, a small town in the Gallura Region. "Lu rutigliu" is, in Sardinian language, the tool that grandmothers used to cut the pasta. Lu Rutigliu wants to respect the traditions of pasta making, using only Sardinian wheat semolina and drying the pasta slowly and at low temperature. This is the only way to preserve the ancient flavours of the Sardinia. The Pastificio Artigianale Lu Rutigliu offers a product that fully reflects the characteristics of traditional Sardinian pasta.
