CarnaroliS by RisOristano is a variety of rice produced in the rice fields of San Vero Milis. It is a so called “japonica” variety, with a roundish grain, particularly rich in starch, that "absorbs" the sauce just like a sponge, and is therefore considered the best type of rice for risotto. CarnaroliS is totally free from the outer covering, called “lolla” and is also gluten-free. Furthermore, this product is NO GMO. RisOristano cultivates respecting the nature.
