The Roseu rosé wine from Cantina Demuru is a Mandrolisai DOC. The color immediately recalls the great Provençal rosé wines, with a very pale pink color and onion skin nail that make it very elegant to the eye. The nose opens up a sequence of scents ranging from raspberry jelly to rose petals, from spicy pink pepper to menthol notes. Roseu has a "substantial" but very agile drink thanks to the fresh / savory combination strengthened by the slight tannic scratch. Long and inviting finish enhanced by the balsamic freshness on mentholated tones. Rosé of great elegance for the whole meal.
