Birrificio d’Ogliastra takes its name from the place where it was born, the land of the centenarians, where nature is the protagonist. Mattia, the founder, uses the water as the fundamental element of his brewing styles. Born in Ogliastra, but with many experiences around Italy, Mattia makes a fundamental acquaintance in Veneto. There, he meets Fiorenzo, a retired brewer who transmits to him the passion and the secrets of an entire life spent in the brewery. Mattia decides to go home and start his own company in Baunei, between the sea and the mountains. Birrificio d’Ogliastra is a small, experimental workshop, with a cozy bar furnished with disused objects that has now become a fixed stop for anyone visiting Baunei.
