In Sardinian "sorres" means "sisters". We are two sisters who chose to create a winery in Sennori, in the north of the island, that would be the synthesis of family knowledge handed down for generations, where tradition and innovation come together. Our aim has always been to produce fine wines that are an expression of the territory in which they are born. For our vines we have decided to use sustainable agriculture, capable of respecting and preserving the environment. Ours is an organic production that allows us to respect our land. We believe that a quality wine is born first and foremost in the vineyard: our vineyard has thus become the setting for tastings and summer aperitifs among the vines, during which our guests can enjoy a breathtaking landscape while sipping our wines.
