Sa Mola is located in Escolca, 416 meters above sea level on the southern hills of Sarcidano, in the heart of Sardinia. We have been dealing with olive growing since 1913. We perform all phases of production in an accurate and rigorous way to offer only one product of excellence. The "Sa Mola" extra virgin olive oil is the result of our strong attachment to family farming traditions. For over four generations, our family has in fact grown, harvested and processed the "bosana tonda" from Cagliari and "pizz'e carroga" olive varieties. We produce about 10.000 liters of extra virgin olive oil, packaged in different formats. Today the company also produces oils flavoured with herbs and plants of the territory.
