Mulino Su Mori's thin semolina Dorada is 100% Sardinian whole durum wheat semolina, stone ground and re-ground in the Su Mori artisan mill. The semolina then passes from the sieving of the finest vitreous grains kept in each grain, to obtain a fine and rustic granulated which, thus extracted, appears dark golden, with an intense taste and aroma. The Dorada fine durum wheat semolina has a generous content of proteins, fibers, vitamins and mineral salts. It is enhanced in traditional doughs.
