Mulino Su Mori stone grinds wheat, barley, rice and other cereals. The crops grow in Campidano, cultivated by the family farm for generations. Our cereals, both ancient and not, grow in compliance with the best agricultural practices, tradition and with the right amount of innovation. Through an artisanal process, they are shelled and stone ground in our mill, and finally transformed into flour and semolina. These products are the soul of Sardinian and Italian recipes, the substance of our great culinary tradition. “Su Mori” in Sardinian Campidanese means “the path”, the road that brought us here and that we decided to keep on taking with our stone mill.
