Pecorino cheese trio

The Zanda pecorino trio is made up of three cheeses: Sulla, Re Marmo and Barò. Sulla is a soft, white cheese. Produced with pasteurized milk, selected ferments, rennet and salt and aged for a minimum of 30 days. In the fragrant perfume we find all the hints of the pastures of our hills. Re Marmo is a semi-cooked, straw-coloured pecorino cheese with a rich but delicate taste and captivating aroma. Finally, the Pecorino Barò, produced with raw milk, has a straw-yellow color with slightly holes and a very characteristic taste.
