Tasting box

The Formaggi Biologici Floris 's Premium Tasting Box is made up of 100% Sardinian organic pecorino cheeses. The assortment includes a clove of Tuvoi (organic pecorino made with semi-matured raw milk), a clove of Poiana (fresh organic pecorino, excellent for roasting) and a clove of Cirsium (organic pecorino obtained with vegetable rennet of milk thistle). The processing of Floris cheeses is carried out strictly by hand following the ancient family recipes.
