The D.O.P. organic evo of Accademia Olearia represents the union between organic farming and the quality and typical guarantees of DOP certification in Sardinia. This extra virgin olive oil is obtained mainly from Bosana cultivars, harvested at the initial moment of ripening. The result is a fruity, extra virgin olive oil with an intense flavour and with strong hints of thistle and artichoke. The taste is recognizable by the well-balanced tones of bitter and spicy. Perfect with the most determined dishes of Mediterranean cuisine. Ideal on soups or raw on bruschettas.
