Papassini are a traditional Sardinian sweets, which name comes from the term "papassa", that means “raisin”. The raisin is a fundamental ingredient in the island's pastry art. The papassini by Biscottificio Corronca are unique thanks to the balanced combination of different ingredients: walnuts, almonds, raisins and aromas (such as nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla) and, last but not least, the “sapa” (cooked wort).
