The process begins with a careful selection of the grapes, a fermentation with maceration at a controlled temperature and a refinement in wood and steel. The Cannonau Eminas expresses the varietal characteristics of the Cannonau produced in the territory of Mamoiada, enhancing the notes of ripe fruit and Mediterranean scrub with a soft and enveloping finish.
