Nuovo Oleificio San Pasquale is a young and dynamic company which, since 1999, is using technology and puting it at the service of tradition. They produce only extra virgin oil from their olives; the milling is carried out rigorously at low temperatures within 12 hours of harvesting, in order to maintain the organoleptic properties and make an oil with an unmistakable taste, rich in poiliphenols.
